The journey starts from challenge statements from Singapore Public Healthcare. Look out for our challenge statements on 'Call-for-Innovation', an open innovation platform that crystallises aspirations and captures values by experimenting ideas and solutions with industry partners in an agile and iterative basis. In order to leverage Outcomed-Based Spiral Contracting Framework, the starting point is to publish challenge statements on HealthX Call-for-Innovation as this is the pre-requisite of the framework.

There will be discussion and evaluation to determine one of the following pathways to crystalise aspirations.

 

1) Through Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from Synapxe

2) Through Synapxe Co-innovation partnership resources

3) Through collaboration with industry partners on HealthX Network

You will begin prototyping at this stage. This phase includes enablers to help you achieve successful prototypes. Upon successful prototypes, an outcome-based spiral contracting mechanism is in place to facilitate next stage of innovation.

An exciting moment ahead! Solution will be piloted within a controlled environment over a period of time. 

Congratulations on the successful pilot! At this stage, your tested innovative solution is ready to be deployed! Pre-requisites include approval from the Solutions Review Board (SRB), signoff for User Acceptance Test (UAT), etc. A standard procurement contract will be offered to the eligible industry partner for scaling of solution.
